I'm Making A Comeback!

Hello dearies... Long hiatus I have been (again!). Been very busy with job hunting! Yeah right! I'm making a comeback to the workforce industry... Why eh? 1st reason, my daughter Aleeyah has turned 2 years old last November. So I think I have spent enough time watching her grow.. Not that I'm tired of it, it's just that I feel that during the first 2 years of her life is quite crucial for her development (some excuse huh?). Another reason is two wean her off breastfeeding. 2 years old is the maximum age right? So, this is the best way, I think, to wean her off. But so far, not worked out yet. 3rd reason, well, financially. Obviously I need more financial security as the kids are growing up and a lot of necessities need to be looked at.

So, now I'm back. Apparently back to Banking line again (frown)... I wish I could change path. Try something new other than banking. But since that's where the "rezeki" pulls me (at the moment), I'll just bear with it until I can get something better. I'm currently with an International Bank (sorry can't reveal), but a hint: a UK bank.. Go figure... Hehehe....The good thing about it is that I managed to get into a different jobscope than Call Centre. Still connected with Call Centre, but now under Service Quality. But, I still have hopes that I'll get another offer other than Banking line.. To date, I have received another 2 interview invitation; one which I am really forward to going! It pays higher but it's contractual. I don't mind the contarct part, as personally, I am not looking for a career security, I am more into financial security. So, if it pays more, means that I can take more back on the table. I really hope that I'll get that one.

Well, to date also, there are few "reasons" that actually "demotivated me from my current employment. First, the colleague. There are some racial issue there and apparently they like to play "alliance". Second, the time. But if it meant that I have to stay here, so be it.. But I'll make the best out of it.. Hopefully... Whatever it is, the main reason for to go back to work is because of my children. I want to give them the best out of life, so I must ensure that I am capable of doing so.
