Down-Scaling

Have you ever felt that you've fell into a very deep hole & you might not be able to get out of it? Well, I have. Though embarrassing, I must admit that I've made a lot of mistake in my 29 years of age. Financially that is. There are many things that I wish that I could rewind & undo. The sight of money & freedom made me lost track of what I need to achieve in my life. Now, after fallen half-way down, I need to pull myself back up again. With help from my mum & my family, I'm trying to heal & repair all the damages that have been done. My first step is to minimize any liabilities on my name. I finally sold the house (in progress, still) & sold my car (lot of sentimental values with the car). To down-scale our financial problem, we're also selling our Isuzu Dmax (high installment) & now we're buying the new Proton Saga. It has always been one of my favorite cars (aside from Mercedes R350 & Cayenne). So, the installment is only about RM400++, and we think that we can manage that amount monthly. Once that settled, then I can start concentrating on other things. We can now try to clear our debts My business for starters! Alhamdulilah, it's has been 3 weeks in operation & things are looking really good! Started with empty tables for the first week, now it's full house everyday! The kids are even queuing to use the PCs! They even requested for me to add more PCs! Alhamdulilah... Next plan is to develop my tailoring biz..
